And we get to ask the question: what if there were no bottom to the work of character? (There isn't btw, Michael Chekhov was right). So then - wherever you are in your work and life - what is there to discover which was being held back? Has your head-based self-defence built invisible walls and edges? We can locate and dissolve them.

I will work often with my tool of Character Body, influenced by Michael Chekhov among others - a way to shift beyond langage and control into what your instinct already knows of the heart, breath and guts of a character, and drive from there.
